Great service great food. The portions were so generous and our service was excellent. I highly recommend going there.
Was near the area and the hubby and I were craving Latin food for lunch. This restaurant popped up as the closest location with mixed reviews so we decided let's give it a try. Upon entering, we were greeted and seated immediately. Our server introduced herself, went over the menu, and came out with a basket of sliced Cuban bread. The interior of the restaurant was decorated with Cuban flair. We ordered, mariquitas as an appetizer, and for our entrees I had chicken chimichurri and the hubby ordered the ropa vieja. Overall for a quick lunch especially if you're craving Latin food and you're in the area, this is a good place to eat.
I've always loved Las Vegas Cuban Cuisine. I'm Cuban and this is the closet Cuban food I get just like how my grandparents used to make. The service is always great everyone is super friendly. It was woman's day yesterday and they were offering free sangrias which I was sooo happy about. I went a little later in the night so it wasn't as busy but it usually is busy. The ambiance is alway chill. Everything was wonderful and I was very satisfied.
A long time enjoyable cuban restaurant in Pembroke Pines behind the Costco. Massive area inside and again my favorite dish that i get at any cuban restaurant is shreaded pork black beans and rice and plantains...This location always serves fresh food and the wife always orders the same and gets a cocktail. They give you plenty of bread before your meal too. Alot of times on the weekends there may be a wait so i try to always come weekdays for dinner. Great food and friendly staff. The interior is cuban type themed.
This restaurant never disappoints. When I'm in the mood for authentic Cuban food in our neck of the woods, it's always at the top of my list. After a hair appointment for my sister, mami, and me, we went for a late lunch. We were seated in a comfy booth and our server came to take our order for drinks and starters. We had a large plate of mariquitas with garlic aioli as well as complimentary bread. The atmosphere was pleasant with music playing and customers laughing. Our entrees were served. Mami got the grilled chicken with white rice, black beans and tostones. My sis got the chicken "vaca frita" and I got the original one with lots of yummy grilled onions. Gotta say that although we ordered typical homemade Cuban food, everything was made just right with all of the right seasoning. The black beans were the best anywhere! So much so, that we took extras of it and their red beans to freeze for the week! We ended our time together by sharing a homemade tres leches with a cafecito. It was an all-around wonderful five-star visit!
This restaurant is always great when you want some awesome Cuban or Latin meals. The food is tasty (I always get the Cuban sandwich and frozen lemonade). We usually go during off peak times so there is never a crowd though the bar area does fill up. The service is great and Spanish sometimes helps when ordering but this is not an issue . Highly recommend, it is in a strip mall so it isn't glamorous but a meal for two was under $40 for us.
They lie. What happens in Las Vegas does NOT stay in Las Vegas. And this location is worth sharing about. But y'all excuse me because I was so hungry I dug into my main meal. But trust I got the deets for y'all! We visited for a birthday. It was about 14 of us and they have a party location a private room that is big enough for about 30 people. They were behind on our reservation but when we sat down the table was ready with mini plates, bread (cuban buttered bread), water and utensils. To order we had the following: Sangria- was pretty plain nothing to rave about. It had fruits and sweet red wine. Bandeja Sampler- 10/10 we order 2 and it was more than enough food for 14 people. It comes with plantain chips with their garlic sauce, ham croquettes, a corn tamal with pork(vaca frita) and onions, fried yuca & meat pies. Honestly if you like a little of everything it's good enough to have as your entree. Vaca Frita: all entres do come with their 3 sides (rice, black beans & sweet plantains but if you want to substitute the sides then you get 2) I got a side salad and tostones( fried plantains). The vaca frita is my favorite. Some seriously juicy meat smothered in onions. My husband got the churrasco steak with rice, beans & tostones. It is a good size churrasco for the price point. It smelled delicious & he enjoyed it. Our server was on point. She did have help which is a great point since having a table of 14 could be a lot for one person & they were more than happy to help ensure a smooth process. Would always recommend to visit as their portions are big and we always have left overs especially that we always come hungry. Definitely coming back for another visit!
Best Cuban Food. Period, Pooh. I've been going here for over 10 years and will never stop. They're so busy that sometimes I'm waiting 15 minutes more for my food, but that just speaks on how poppin and delicious they are. I always order to go, but the vibe in their is great for anyone- whether you're with your family, alone, with a friend, a date. I love it here. They're family owned, but they have several locations for ppl to enjoy. I always get the grilled chicken fillet, extra grilled onions with white rice, black beans, and maduros, and my bf gets the mani or snapper. I've had those as well, and as stated before, perfectly seasoned and grilled. It also comes with bread which I gobble up within seconds of getting my food on the way home. You want authentic Cuban food? SLIDE HERE NOW! Lol.
